beeb.ly is built primarily for teens. That means privacy, safety, and healthy boundaries are at the core of everything we do. We do not sell your data, we do not show advertisements, and we do not use your personal information to build marketing profiles.

2. Data We Collect

We only collect data necessary to make the app work and personalize your faith journey:

• Account Information: Name, email address, and age range (to ensure age-appropriate AI filtering).
• App Activity: Daily rhythms (Nourish, Refresh, Shine), XP, badges, and reading progress.
• Journal & Reflections: Any notes or reflections you save. These remain private to your account.
• AI Conversations: Chat history with your companion. This is used solely to provide context to the AI and is processed through safety filters.

3. Safe AI Filtering

Our AI companions are strictly bounded. Before any message reaches you, it passes through safety filters designed to block harmful content, inappropriate language, and non-scriptural advice. We continuously monitor and improve these boundaries to ensure a safe environment.

4. No Social Exposure

To protect teens from online risks, Faith Companion has no "social media" features. There are no public profiles, no direct messaging with strangers, and no public comment sections. Faith groups are managed solely by verified youth leaders or parents.

5. Data Deletion

You own your data. You can request a full deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us. Once requested, your data will be permanently removed from our active servers within 30 days.
